Over a decade, AAH has become a locally distinct medical institution for its exceptional patient services, strong community linkages, and dedicated and competent staff who are proud in what they do. We have achieved this because our customers are the focal point in everything we do.
With the challenges encountered by the health sector in the era of modernization and globalization, and with past-faced changes at the local and global level, it has become an essential for us to work on the preparation and formulation, of a flexible strategic plan for our institution to keep up with these advancements and meet the needs of our customers. This plan is based on the vision; mission and core values which when realized can lead the way to maintain and attain the goals and objectives that will still conform to the directives of Ministry of Health in the provision of quality and efficient healthcare services. The development of the strategies for the implementation and monitoring of the plan must support the institution, active, innovative, and developed through meticulous planning and contribute to the creation of regulations in the provision of quality patient care that would be observed on the improvement of the general health of the population we served. The plan is a comprehensive, long-ranged road map that utilized the multi-pronged approach in transforming this institution to meet today’s challenges and will take advantage of tomorrow’s opportunities.
