HR.6.2 The hospital provides all new employees with an “Employee Manual” or equivalent that contains a summary of the general orientation program as well as other relevant important information.Quality Management at Al Azhar Hospital has prepared the employee's manual handbook which include MVV, SCOPE OF SERVICE, PFR, and policies, procedures, benefits and working conditions that will be followed by all Al Azhar Hospital employees.
The policies and procedures outlined in this handbook will be applied at the discretion of Al Azhar Hospital. These policies, procedures and working conditions provide a work environment in which both customer interests and employee-interests are served.
